We are looking for an Assistant Travel Consultant to support our travel team with planning, booking, and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping clients create smooth travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare travel itineraries and documents
- Communicate with clients and travel suppliers
- Handle changes, cancellations, and basic travel inquiries
- Support the senior travel consultant with daily tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Interest in travel and tourism
- Previous travel or office experience is a plus
