Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Representative who will directly deal with US based clients, manage ongoing customer relationships and support sales activities. The role involves handling company provided clients as well as developing and managing personal client portfolios over time.
Biztek offers complete 3 months of structured training, after which the candidate will be capable of generating leads and closing sales under the mentorship of the Floor Manager and Head of Department.
This role is ideal for freshers and undergraduates who want to start their career in the US market within a professional manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with US based clients via email, chat and calls.
- Manage and maintain long term relationships with company clients.
- Understand client requirements related to printing and packaging products.
- Assist in sales, quotations, follow ups and order processing.
- Generate and manage personal leads after completing training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Meet monthly performance and client success targets.
Training & Growth
- 3 months of complete training provided by company.
- Hands on mentorship from Floor Manager and Head of Department.
- Training includes product knowledge, US market communication, sales techniques and CRM usage.
- Clear career growth path in sales, account management and customer success.

- Freshers and undergraduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Willingness to work in the night shift (7 PM – 5 AM)
- Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn.
