Job Description
HIRING ALERT – Education Advisor (Remote / Night Shift)
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Education Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their educational needs, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the admission process by coordinating with colleges.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new leads within the given timelines
- Conduct detailed interviews with prospective students
- Understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance and solutions
- Follow up consistently with leads until closure
- Coordinate and send student referrals to colleges as per company process
- Submit daily reports and updates to management
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and clarity during all conversations
- Work from a quiet and peaceful environment while making calls
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and interview skills with fluency in English
- Ability to manage Google Calendar efficiently
- Timely management of emails
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Attend company meetings on time
- Maintain and submit daily task and call reports
Requirements
- Computer or laptop with good configuration
- Smartphone with good configuration
- High-speed and stable internet connection for calling
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred)
