Catkin is looking for an IT Support Executive to join our Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying and maintaining network and IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, monitoring performance, and coordinating with support teams and ISPs to ensure reliable connectivity and optimal system performance.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain office networks, servers, computer systems, routers, switches and access points

· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

· Install, configure, and update software and security systems.

· Repair and replace faulty equipment as needed.

· Oversee data backups, network security, and system performance.

· Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations

· Maintain and enforce security protocols to protect organizational data and systems.

· Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Skills & Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in network support, IT support, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
