Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Female Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday — 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Range: Rs. 30,00 – Rs. 40,00 per month
Job Description:
Sunday Bazar is looking for a Customer Support Executive (Female Preferred) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in English, and possess excellent communication and convincing skills. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.
- Coordinate with internal departments (listing, marketing, inventory, etc.) to resolve issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, problem-solving ability, and convincing power.
