Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join Limton Group of Companies as a Software Support Engineer. This role involves the installation, configuration, and support of our software products, along with troubleshooting both on-site and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software products.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective online support.
- Test and deploy applications to ensure performance.
- Manage databases, including backups and data migration.
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 1-2 years relevant experience, and willingness to travel to client sites.
