Job Description
Gerry’s International, a Licensee of FedEx, is looking for a dedicated Recovery Supervisor to ensure 100% collection within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will effectively verify customer accounts and manage invoicing tasks.
- Coordinate invoice packing and delivery.
- Reconcile invoices for accuracy.
- Create daily follow-up sheets for collections.
- Engage with customers regarding payments.
- Resolve disputes and generate payment receipts.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualification: Intermediate/Graduate.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role.
