Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: At least 1 year in recruitment or HR roles.
Key Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies, engage with candidates, screen and interview applicants, collaborate with department heads, and facilitate onboarding.
