Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs tailored to teams and departments.
- Evaluate team performance and develop personalized growth plans.
- Organize marketing events for effective brand representation.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing support to team members.
- Maintain records and generate reports on training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in training, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple programs.
- Preferred: Female candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications.
