Job Description
Join Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd as a Chat Support Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally, resolving customer inquiries with a goal of 70% first-call resolutions. You will handle customer complaints with empathy and strive for an 80% satisfaction rate.
Your responsibilities include documenting technical issues, staying updated on product information, and proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs. A bachelor’s degree and 1.5+ years of call center experience are required. Fluent English is mandatory. This position is based in Lahore and requires in-person attendance.
