ASK Development Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle customer calls, provide online support, follow up on fault rectifications, create and close network trouble tickets, and maintain records of faults.
Hiring Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Fluency in English and Urdu
- Location: Islamabad
- Ideal experience: 6 months to 2 years
- Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 (Performance-based incentives)
- Work Shift: Rotational
