Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer complaints and technical inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to address queries from our website and social media.
- Create and manage new service tickets.
- Assist with billing-related queries.
- Collaborate with the team to accurately handle all customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in the US market preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ZOHO CRM is a plus.
- High energy and eagerness to learn.
Location: Masood Arcade, IJP Road, Islamabad. Time: 6 PM – 2 AM or 7 PM – 3 AM. Salary: Rs 40,00 – Rs 50,00 per month.
