Job Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for Decorative Retail to lead territory sales, develop retail partnerships, and drive revenue growth. You will manage and coach a sales team, execute merchandising and promotional plans, analyze sales data, forecast results, and ensure product availability. Minimum 3 years sales experience in decorative or retail categories, strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills, ability to travel regularly, and valid driver’s license required.
