Job Summary

JTR Prime Link Services is seeking an experienced and hands-on Business Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day travel and tourism operations. This role is full time and in-house and requires strong leadership, operational control, and deep understanding of tourism bookings, customer handling, and partner coordination.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across bookings, inquiries, calls, staff management, and supplier relationships while driving service excellence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day to-day travel agency operations and ensure efficient workflows
• Manage tour, hotel bookings, and tour package operations from inquiry to confirmation
• Supervise and lead staff performance, schedules, and daily tasks
• Handle customer inquiries, calls, and key clients, resolving issues professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, hotels, and travel suppliers
• Monitor sales targets, analyze performance, and improve revenue outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
