Job Description
Jupiter Advisers seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for our Bahria Town Phase 4 Civic Center office. Full-time, in-person (start Jan 6, 2026), salary from Rs100,00/month. Lead Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead-generation strategy, optimize CPL/CPA/ROAS, ensure Meta policy compliance, improve lead quality with pre-qualification and funnel tracking. Manage and mentor social media executives, run creative A/B tests, own monthly/quarterly reporting and sales coordination. Required: 4–7 years hands-on Meta Ads, pixel/conversion tracking, audience segmentation, funnel-based lead-gen, strong analytical and leadership skills.
