Job Description
Kaizen Global (SMC) Pvt Ltd seeks a Customer Support Representative in Rawalpindi (6th Road). Full-time, in-person role with rotating shifts: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM (apply only if comfortable with any shift). Salary Rs25,00–30,00 (Rs40,00 after probation). You will handle inbound phone and live chat queries, provide accurate information, record interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain a positive, customer-first attitude.
