Job Description

We are seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general HR inquiries. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining HRIS and personnel files, preparing offer letters, assisting with payroll tasks, and coordinating training and staff events. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office; HRIS experience is a plus. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
