Job Description
Karsaz seeks a proactive Office Coordinator to oversee daily operations and provide administrative support. Graduation required; BS preferred in Computer Science, Mass Communication, or BBA. Must be proficient in MS Office and office equipment (scanners, copiers, fax); strong communication, time-management, and multitasking skills; customer service experience a plus. Duties include managing resources and records, supervising the front desk and Master Control Register, coordinating travel/visas, updating presentations, profiles, databases, inventories, and other tasks assigned by management.
