Job Description

The purpose of this job is to manage activities required for Children Mental, Physical & Academic Development at LIHS Orphanage Campus in Township, Lahore (Kashana – Female Campus) and reports to Campus Head. This is individual residential position with food in the campus.

Key Responsibilities

· To ensure the implementation of Children Daily Time Table.

· To take proper measures for Personality Grooming & Personal Hygiene of children.

· To ensure the discipline of children, ensuring No Corporal Punishment.

· Monitoring of children (Day & Night) and ensuring high standard of care.

· To provide quality care for sick children and make proper record.

· Supervision during Study Period (specified in daily routine program) of children.

· Attend all scheduled meals of children and check quality of food provided in the Mess. Any discrepancy if noticed, be brought to the notice of Campus Head.

· To arrange social and recreational activities for children.

· To maintain all the educational/ health care reports of children & deal with different orphan related queries.

· To supervise all the supporting staff attached for various activities and take proper measures for their moral & personality grooming.

· To carry out any other task assigned by competent authorities

Working Conditions:

Working conditions include office work. Most of the time Warden needs to deal with multiple tasks/queries at one time. Ability to manage work load will be the key.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to handle stress & work load efficiently

· Ability to handle all queries/ technical questions

· Ability to work cooperatively

· Ability to research and analyze technology problems and issues

· Knowledge of database management system

· Ability to work individually and as a team member

· Good Presentations/written/verbal communication skills

· Proficient in MS Office, Internet / Email

Qualification/ Experience:

Must have completed Graduation degree with at least 02 years of experience as a warden of the orphanage domain.

Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
