Job Description
KBK Electronics (Pvt) Ltd. is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Software Support Team as Call Center Representatives in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to software support.
- Provide first-level technical assistance and remote guidance.
- Log customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
Requirements:
- Education: DAE / Intermediate / Graduation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 year of experience with basic software support.
- Must be based in Lahore (onsite position).
Job Type: Contract (24 months) – Pay: Starting from Rs40,00.00 per month.
