Job Description
KBK ELECTRONICS seeks an HR & Admin Officer with 3–5 years’ HR/administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing. Bachelor’s in Business Administration or a related field required; age 25–30. Based at 31 KM Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Compensation: Rs60,00–70,00/month plus gratuity, medical OPD/IPD family coverage, group life insurance, EOBI pension, and leave encashment. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, training, performance monitoring, payroll and benefits administration, record keeping, health & safety oversight, staff development, and advising on policies. Requirements: HR function knowledge, labor law understanding, MS Office and HRMS/ERP proficiency, strong organizational, communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and high integrity. Full-time, in-person role.
