Job Description

KFC Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Call Center Assistant Manager to lead our team of over 100 agents and supervisors. The ideal candidate will set service quality standards, monitor KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include analyzing call center data, managing labor costs, and addressing escalated customer issues. Collaboration with third-party call centers is also required.

Qualifications: Minimum graduation and 2 years of call center experience. Full-time position with a starting salary of Rs100,00.
