Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, attention-grabbing thumbnails for USA faceless content
- Understand audience psychology and create click-worthy visuals
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
- Use colors, typography, composition, and imagery effectively
- Revise thumbnails based on feedback and performance metrics
- Ensure timely delivery of daily/weekly thumbnail requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Thumbnail Designer
- Strong experience designing YouTube and digital content thumbnails
- Prior experience with USA faceless channels/content is mandatory
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of CTR-focused design principles
- Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment
