Job Description
TCB seeks an Expert Customer Service Representative in Faisalabad. Manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram; handle product queries (mattresses, toppers, bedding, clearance); convert chats to COD orders; confirm details, share pricing, discounts, and delivery times; coordinate with warehouse/dispatch; handle complaints, returns, follow-ups; keep daily records and follow SOPs. Requirements: minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred), fluent Urdu (basic English a plus), CSR/online sales experience preferred, WhatsApp Business/Facebook Pages/Instagram DMs familiarity, honest, punctual.
