Job Description
We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to guide clients through home financing from application to closing, manage loan pipelines, and build referral networks.
Responsibilities include evaluating borrower credit and income, recommending mortgage products, preparing loan presentations, coordinating with underwriters and real estate partners, and ensuring compliance.
Requirements: 2+ years mortgage lending experience, NMLS license preferred, strong communication and sales skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with lending software.
