Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Female HR Assistant with hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with HR operations, maintain employee records, and streamline HR processes using SAP B1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records in SAP B1.
- Assist in recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding and offboarding.
- Handle attendance tracking and leave management.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems.
