Job Description

Kifayat Publishers is seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Knowledge Trainer to provide exceptional training and support to early childhood and primary educators. The ideal candidate will have outstanding training and facilitation skills along with a deep understanding of education and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
• Support educators in refining their practices, including reflective practice and quality improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs on child development and curriculum planning.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school.
• Cambridge certification preferred.
