Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO Specialist. The ideal candidate is someone who takes full ownership of their work, solves problems independently, and consistently delivers results without constant supervision. You’ll be responsible for managing GA4 and GTM setups, conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, and working closely with our content and development teams to optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify key areas for improvement.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize websites for both on-page and off-page SEO.
• Collaborate with developers and copywriters to enhance SEO strategies.
• Use tools like Screaming Frog and SE Ranking to monitor and report performance.
• Create insightful monthly SEO reports.
• Communicate directly with clients when needed and follow internal SEO frameworks while proactively suggesting improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, and SEO tools like SE Ranking.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
