Job Description
KIPS is seeking a qualified Academic/English Counselor (CSS) for a part-time position. Ideal candidates should have prior experience with the CSS exam and possess strong English language skills to effectively assist students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely feedback on student assignments.
- Track candidates’ performance and develop tailored improvement strategies.
- Guide and mentor students, helping them utilize necessary resources.
- Assign homework based on individual weaknesses.
- Foster a supportive relationship with students.
Qualifications include an MPhil or Master’s degree in English literature/linguistics and at least 1 year of academic counseling experience. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, based in Lahore, with a starting salary of Rs35,00.00 per month.
