Job Description
- Generate sales invoices, receipts, and credit notes through SAP.
- Ensure accurate price, discount, tax, and promotion application during billing.
- Handle all cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, and digital payments at the showroom.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare daily sales summaries and submit to Store Manager / Finance.
- Maintain record of returns, refunds, and exchanges as per policy.
- Maintain a professional and courteous interaction with customers at all times.
- Must have good knowledge in SAP.
