Job Description

KnackHR is seeking a dedicated IT Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. You will maintain and troubleshoot company systems, servers, and IT equipment, ensuring data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 2–3 years of IT support experience. Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting is essential. Familiarity with data backup systems and hands-on experience with CCTV systems is preferred.
