Job Description

We are hiring an experienced QA Tester for a full-time, on-site role in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This is not a traditional QA-only position. The role combines testing, documentation, and business-level thinking.

Experience Required:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on QA / testing experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Test web and mobile applications for functionality, usability, and edge cases
• Think beyond bugs and understand product impact from a business perspective
• Create and maintain clear documentation for features, flows, and processes
• Prepare team documentation, testing reports, and project-related paperwork
• Track basic team and project metrics and report them clearly
• Assist in internal process documentation and improvement
• Coordinate closely with developers, PMs, and designers
• Join client meetings when required and support discussions with documentation
• Report directly to the CEO for documentation, reporting, and process updates

Requirements:

• Strong written English and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of project management concepts
• Ability to think logically and structurally, not just test blindly
• Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
• Willing to learn. Full training will be provided

Job Details:

• Salary: PKR 100,00 per month
• Working hours: 8 hours per day
