Education: Bs Accounting & Finance / BBA – Finance / B.COM
Job Location: Wah

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process property/land transfer files.
- Verify ownership documents, allotment letters, and NOCs.
- Prepare and review transfer deeds and related documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for transfer execution.
- Maintain and update transfer records and payment details.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Assist in resolving documentation or ownership issues.
- Generate periodic reports on transfer activities.
