Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent for our Lahore office at KS HRBC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience with CRM systems and SaaS platforms. This role is designed for those who excel in problem-solving and client interaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (CRM/SaaS expertise required)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Professional communication and graphic design knowledge

Details: Onsite, Eastern Hours, 5 days a week, Salary: 75,00 – 120,00 PKR.
