Job Description
KS HRBC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED seeks a Credentialing Manager to lead offshore credentialing operations in Pakistan. Manage end-to-end U.S. provider credentialing, recredentialing, and Primary Source Verification; ensure NCQA, CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, and payer compliance; handle CAQH, licenses, DEA, board certifications, sanctions, and work history checks. Supervise, train, and evaluate offshore staff, coordinate with U.S. clients and payers across time zones, and maintain audit-ready documentation and reports. Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4–6+ years of U.S. healthcare credentialing experience, strong NCQA/CMS knowledge, and excellent English communication and team-management skills. Full-time, in person in Pakistan. Pay: Rs100,00–Rs300,00 per month.
