Job Description
La He Trading International Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee the complete production process of electric bikes. This role includes ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality control, and managing cost efficiency while supervising after-sales service operations such as warranty handling and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee production aligned with sales forecasts.
- Supervise assembly line operations and implement quality control.
- Manage warranty claims and spare parts inventory.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field with 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in e-bikes.
