Job Description
Join LALA Group as a Travel Agent handling customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins. You will process bookings, maintain reservation records, prepare invoices and itineraries, coordinate with airlines and vendors, manage cancellations/refunds/reissues, and resolve escalations. Keep updated on fares, promotions, travel rules, and GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred). Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Tourism/Business preferred), prior travel booking or telesales experience, strong communication and customer-handling skills, multitasking and MS Office proficiency, problem-solving ability, and a target-oriented professional attitude. Full-time, in-person role; salary Rs40,00–Rs70,00/month. Meet monthly sales targets and ensure compliance with company standards.
