Job Description
We are seeking an experienced TeleSales Manager to lead a team of X–Y agents. You will develop and execute telesales strategies and scripts, set and monitor KPIs, recruit, train and coach staff, manage CRM and call-quality standards, handle escalations, and coordinate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and conversion. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field, minimum X years in telesales/inside sales with supervisory experience preferred, strong communication, negotiation, leadership and coaching skills, CRM and MS Office proficiency, data analysis ability, organized and target-driven. Job type: Full-time. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs100,00/month. Location: In person.
