Company Overview: Lancmall is a growing company specializing in B2B services, online sales, and marketing solutions. We are seeking a male HR Manager with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in Sales and Marketing recruitment.
Position Summary: The HR Manager will manage end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment efforts, develop HR policies, maintain HR records, manage payroll, handle employee grievances, and ensure labor law compliance.
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month | Job Type: Full-time | Work Location: In person
