Lasifa International is looking for a confident and motivated Female Cold Caller to join our Rawalpindi office. The role involves calling potential candidates, sharing job opportunities, and scheduling office visits.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates
- Explain overseas job opportunities clearly and professionally
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Convince candidates to visit the office for further process
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
- Good communication skills (English speaking)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls
- Previous call center or telemarketing experience is a plus (fresh candidates can also apply)
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
