Job Description
Laundry Xpress LLP is seeking an Operations and Customer Experience Specialist to work with the Founder and Head Office to manage daily operations, customer experience, and multi-branch coordination. This hands-on, mentor-led role is a manager-track position focused on SOP implementation, order intake and routing (web, email, social), live chat and lead conversion, feedback and review management, complaint logging and escalation, branch audits, reporting, and system data discipline. Candidates should have 2–3 years in operations or customer service, strong communication, an ownership mindset, and comfort with systems and reporting. Full-time, in-person. Pay: Rs50,00–Rs55,00 per month.
