Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, in-person Restaurant Store Keeper with 5+ years’ restaurant experience. Manage daily receiving/issuing of stock, maintain accurate inventory records, monitor levels and report shortages, ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness, coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams, and prevent waste through correct handling and rotation. Must have strong record-keeping, basic computer skills, attention to detail, organized habits, and ability to perform physical tasks.
