Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Tax Specialist to join Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in U.S. payroll tax regulations, including FICA, Medicare, FUTA, and state-level requirements. This role involves managing 1099 and W-2 reporting and using payroll software like ADP, Gusto, or Paychex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll tax laws.
- Prepare and file 1099 and W-2 forms.
- Reconcile payroll taxes and address discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
