Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing answers to product inquiries, pricing, and availability. Collaboration with internal departments and data entry across various platforms is also required.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of experience, excellent phone etiquette, and strong interpersonal skills. Female applicants only, please.
