Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Ecommerce Officer to join our team at Liberty Books Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to create a list of books for campaigns, test newly developed website features, and analyze customer data to improve retention through cold calls.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with customer order fulfillment SOPs, maintaining high standards of customer service across calls and chats, and generating daily productivity reports for the department. You will also assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
