Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd seeks a Management Trainee – Bookshop to drive store growth, increase customer traffic, and optimize profitability. You will train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to meet targets; ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and store presentation; manage store administration and policy compliance; resolve staff and customer issues; and propose ideas to expand market share. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or O/A Level preferred, minimum 2 years retail experience (managerial preferred), strong leadership and customer-management skills, business process knowledge, and excellent communication. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs50,00–Rs60,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
