Location: Korangi Industrial Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct interviews and manage evaluations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce needs.
• Represent the company at career fairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication skills.
