Job Description
Join Lightheart Insurance Agency as a remote HR Assistant! We are looking for a motivated individual to coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates interested in selling ACA (Affordable Care Act) health insurance.
Your responsibilities will include managing applicant communications via our Google Voice number, responding promptly, and scheduling interviews through phone or Zoom. You’ll also provide candidates with detailed information about the position and assist with client retention.
Pay: Starting at $15 USD per day.
Requirements: 1 year of Call Center experience and proficiency in English.
