Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a qualified and compassionate nurse to provide home nursing services for a patient. This role involves round-the-clock or part-time care in a home setting, ensuring that the patient receives medical and personal support with dignity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care and companionship
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
- Help with feeding and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Communicate with family regarding patient care
- Document care provided
Requirements: Certified Nursing Diploma, 1–2 years experience, reliable, independent worker.
