Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling patient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate patient records, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow.
We are looking for someone who can maintain a clean and organized front desk area while providing excellent customer service. Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred (1 year).
